Each member fills out the below Membership Form, a commitment to donating $10 x 4 = $40 per year, and nominates an organization they would like to support. 6 weeks prior to each quarterly meeting, three nominated organizations are randomly selected from the membership list. Save The Dates are communicated to all current members 4 weeks prior to the event and RSVP’s are sent the week prior. Our meetings start at 6pm and are 30-45 minutes in length. Each nominated organization presents to the kids, short and sweet, and once all three presentations are complete, we have an anonymous ballot vote. Majority wins. The selected organization is announced and all members present their donation to the registration table before leaving. And just like that: 100 kids x $10 x 1 hour = $1,000 for a local organization!
